A special stacking system called “Trap Tab”

 

“Trap Tab” is a special stacking system used for tray forming of open top boxes, such as: P-84 box and/or Citrus box.

These boxes are very populair within the fruit and vegetable market. With just a simple kit change we are able to adapt the machines to several possibilities, and one of them is the Easystack packaging.

For this special system, we have two suitable machines for forming these types of boxes, the Q-1530 and Q-2400.

A compact machine to form and glue boxes

• The Q-1530 can be adapted easily and quickly to various tray design formats of corrugated board.
• The machine has 6 speeds and a production from 400 up to 1.800 trays per hour.
• The Q-1530 is a compact machine and loading of blanks is done automatically from the feeding system.

• Production: From 400 up to 1800 TpH
• Box design plaform: BOX DESIGN PLAFORM, P-84, CITRUS BOX, C-1, BIG EAR, COLUMN
• Glue system: By injection, Hot-Melt, Melton NC-16 (cap. 14 kg.)

• The machine has 6 speeds and a sustainable max. speed of 2400 tray per hour. It is an interesting machine for large volumes of corrugated board trays.
• Can be adapted easily to various tray design formats.
• The loading of blanks is done automatically from the feeding system.

• Production: Max. 2.400 trays/h
• Box design plaform: PLAFORM, P-84, CITRUS BOX, C-1, BIG EAR, COLUMN
• Glue system: By injection, Hot-Melt, Melton NC-16 (cap. 14 kg.)
• Machine dimensiones: L: 3.210 mm. W: 1.760 mm. H: 2.450 mm.
