The belts make it easier to remove the boxes.
Due to the production speed of the machine, the trays or punnets were normally removed from the machine by means of exit tunnels, which stacked them in a certain number of boxes.
The MCT-1’s conveyors have been developed to be able to take out trays 1 at a time or in some cases by bundles, which improves the integration of the machine with the production lines.
The belts are adjustable in height and also allow us to adjust the angle of exit, which makes it easier to adapt to the height of the line.
The belts can be installed on 1 or 2 heads simultaneously and are compatible with the other common output systems on the machines.
The belts are valid for the models:
- MCT-1/V
- MCT-1/VE
Each belt includes:
- 1 motor.
- Stop button panel.
