The new TOP SEAL tray forming innovation MCT-1/TS is automatic and adjustable machine to form trays with shelves folded down and glued to the corners. We have adapted and incorporated the components and movements necessary to form a Top Seal tray. It`s capable of forming punnet with the 4 ledges folded down and glued on the 4 corners. It`s double head machine and therefore has the possibility to erect two different sizes of trays in 4 speeds up to 2.400 tp/h per head and include a tray stacker option. The trays can be erected in both corrugated and solid board. Due to its easy handling it can be directly integrated into the customer’s filling or packing line.
