1. Tell us about your company and product profile?

Boix Machinery USA is part of the Boix Group of companies. Boix is high standard manufacture for tray forming machines since the end of the sixties. We have a wide product range in tray formers which can be used to form and glued both corrugated and solid board packaging. Our tray forming machines can be used for various industries like the cardboard, agriculture, food and general industry.
Boix has already more than 45 years of experience in these markets which has been supported by their continuous investment in R+D and high service level at their headquarters in Spain and other offices in Europe, Asia, North-Central and South America to supply the world. Boix Q-1530 Tray erecting machine
The Q1530 is the newest innovation of Boix for all customers who demand a flexible, robust and functional machine. It has been developed with the use of kits that allow for easy changes of the type of box to assemble.
The machine Q1530 has 6 speeds, with an option for half speeds enabling you to achieve your optimum production. The Q-1530 is designed to fit production from 400 boxes/hour to 1.800 boxes/hour.
Another important feature of the Q1530 is its versatility, since most mandrels and all kits are interchangeable between our different machine models, giving you a functional advantage and savings.

Boix MCT-1/V Tray Former machine – Punnet Solutions
The MCT1/V is an automatic an adjustable machine to form and glue small trays and punnets which can be erected in both corrugated and solid board. It is a double head machine and therefore has the possibility to erect two different sizes of trays. 3.What are your target markets and which industries are the relevant buyers?
Our target market is Agriculture (both produce and protein) and eCommerce but all industries that require tray and box erecting is a relevant market.
