Boix launches a new model of machine within the Evolution Range, this machine is designed for the forming of American boxes (HSC or RSC).
For the development of the EF-1000 we have opted for a compact design and small dimensions, which has resulted in a machine that, among many other functions, includes:
- Quick measurement change (5 min.)
- Swing doors for easy access to any part of the machine.
- Wide range of sizes.
- It has 2 options for folding the flap of the box, depending on the width of the box to be assembled.
This avoids the difficulty of placing the lid when the bottom is full of product due to the deformity that may appear.
The Inserter is a machine that can assemble boxes from 150 mm up to 440 mm in height, depending on the blank size.
INCLUDING:
- Automatic and adjustable machine.
- Touch screen control panel (7 languages).
- 1,000 boxes/hour.
Extraction and Introduction
X- and Y-axis movements are controlled in servo mode. This ensures maximum precision and optimisation of measurement changes.
Main Press
Press driven by a compressed air cylinder incorporating a detector to adjust the stroke to the height of the box and to optimise air consumption.
Programming of the Hot Melt/Queue Shots
By entering the measurements of the box, the machine performs the glue program automatically. Hot-melt saving patterns are also available.
